There are more reasons regarding the differences in the total cost of company registration in Indonesia. Some of the things are part of the consideration below:

  1. The business licenses.

The function of a business license includes: fostering, supervising, directing, and issuing business establishment. This is required to obtain when you want to run your own company.

  1. The Important data.

The important data includes: the company name, the business classification, the business entity, the company president director’s name, the percentage ownership regarding the capital, the capital owner’s copy of ID card, the family card for female directors, the taxpayer director’s principal number, documents on building property tax or lease proofs, the business domicile certificate, and company’s phone numbers and location.

The good thing is, the procedure of establishing your PT company has been trimmed down from 13 to just seven. This means you may only pay about IDR 2,700,000 (two million and seven hundred thousand rupiahs) for the whole process.

The time to manage the establishment of the company has also been shortened too. It used to be 47 days, but now it is ten. All you need are these three things: SIUP, TDP (both can be issued simultaneously), and deed of establishment. The four (4) conditions you will have to live with regarding this matter are:

  1. The name of your company can be the same as another or more.
  2. The name of your company may not be approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights that you need to change it.
  3. This company is only registered in the District Court.
  4. The risks of the business involve your personal property.

The deed of establishment functions as a guarantee to avoid any disputes between partners. Therefore, it has to be made by the mutual agreement of the company founders.
